All you have to say to our 18 month old West Highland terrier, Skye, is "Maggie's coming to see you".  She races to the front door with her tail wagging so hard you'd think it would fall off! Maggie has been our dog walker since we brought Skye home. Not only is Maggie reliable, on time, and responsible, she takes the time to let us know how Skye is doing. She was especially helpful when we were all getting to know one another. Maggie is truly one of our family.

Maggie Amico is a very special person. She has a beauty within that resonates in everything that she does.  When she pet sits/house sits for me, I know my cat and dogs are being treated like her own. Over Christmas break 2008, our 6 year old Cavalier, Molly, was very sick with a liver disease. We had plans to go out of town to visit family. So, Maggie cared for her which was not an easy job. She required 6 medicines a day, was lethargic with no appetite and was having difficulty keeping food down.  I don’t think just anyone could have cared for Molly the way Maggie did.

Maggie is also dependable on very short notice. We found ourselves stuck in traffic last summer on Long Island (not surprising), and I knew our dogs needed to be let out. I was able to reach Maggie, and she came to the rescue.  I have many other examples of her being there for us at the last minute.

I highly recommend Maggie for any pet or house sitting needs. I trust her with not only my 2 dogs & cat, but know she’ll bring in the paper, collect the mail, make sure all the doors are locked, etc. when we are traveling.  My dogs adore her and go crazy when they see her-which is the best sign of all!

I am so grateful that I found Maggie! Our pomeranian, Gia, can't wait to get out of the car when we drive up to her house.  Maggie treats Gia like her own (possibly even better than we treat her)...!    She is a kind, honest and responsible person that genuinely loves what she does.  My pom goes to her once a week (for the day) and benefits from social interaction with other pets, a walk and a change of scenery.  I know she loves it and we both look forward to it every week!
